We are delighted with our new driveway and it is an amazing improvement to our house. All the old concrete and tarmac was removed, the base properly prepared and levelled. Everyone was courteous and helpful and ensured we had exactly what we wanted. The whole project was done efficiently and quickly with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Couldn’t be happier

They did such a great job I can’t recommend them highly enough. It only took them 2 days to transform my disaster of a driveway into something special. We had hidden tree roots that the last people just paved over. These were all dug out and the job was done correctly. I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you want your driveway done then look no further. On top of the fantastic work all the guys were really nice.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS

The driveway that has been completed is of a very high standard. From the start, I was told exactly what was going to take place and who would be on site on that day. The first guys arrived early and just got straight on with what they had to do. They left the site each day in a way that would not be dangerous for me or others. The whole job was expected to take 4 days but they completed it a day early. Throughout the work, Jim made regular visits, making sure that the works were carried out to a high standard and ensured that I was satisfied with the works before they left. The driveway looks fabulous and neighbours have commented on the quality of the works. I would certainly recommend them.

3 Day Driveway Transformation

A picture says a Thousand words … 3 days to transform grass and concrete to something our neighbours are all talking about ( wish we could show you a picture here, but the site does not cater for such upload ). Transformation in 3 days as promised, clean and tidy work throughout, start early each day and finish when that days work schedule is complete. Professionalism all the way, highly recommended throughout. Many people have already passed by slowly to view the results of all the hard work, meaning they are impressed by what they see as they approach.

Cleaned everything up and replaced any bricks that didn’t come up to scratch.

Drive done in a day!

Sometimes things in life just align, Thursday afternoon my wife opens the door to leave the house, and there is a boy delivering flyers and he asks if we are interested in a quote. Our drive was a state, half dug up used as hardcore for a patio, and really not in a good way. No harm in having a chat about costs and timescales. Jim, the boss, was just around the corner having finished another job down the road. After a chat about the right options and the right price, Jim made it clear that with a job falling through last minute the work could start the next day and the aim was to have ours completed over 2 days or so. Friday morning comes, Jim says good news and bad. Bad news is they wont be at the house tomorrow to finish, good news is it will be completed the same day, and they did! Fully block paved and sealed in the colour and design we wanted, and we couldn’t be happier. The crew were a good bunch of lads, hard working with all the right tools and equiptment, and well directed by Jim. Would happily work with them again and already talking about some work in the garden. Thanks again guys

Took a chance – and absolutely delighted!

I’ll be honest, when Jim knocked on my door and begun with the “we’re in the area….” opener, I was extremely skeptical. We’ve all heard the warnings of tradesman turning up out of the blue so I politely listened to all he had to say, looked at the samples, the offer he made and then asked for details of all the jobs he’d done in my area recently. I also wanted to do some digging of my own and looked up a customer from some years previous, before making a decision, Everyone I spoke to (without exception) only had positive things to say … so I took a chance.

I can honestly say that I am so thrilled with the result. Jim and the lads turned up when he said they would and cracked on. They worked tirelessly from 7.30am right through. They were tidy, courteous, respectful of my property and I couldn’t have asked for more.

So, if you’re reading these testimonials before deciding whether to go ahead or not, I can honestly say I’m so pleased I decided to take a chance. My drive looks fantastic. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the finished result, excellent service,

Jim, Geoff, Joe, Reece and Ginger carried out a complete uplift to our front garden and driveway on our property in Colchester. This included clearing the site completely, constructing a new wall and planting area, replacing fencing and block paving the drive.
The work was carried out with great efficiency, we were updated daily on what they were intending to complete and the site was cleared and left tidy at the end of the project.
I certainly could not fault the work ethic displayed by the team and we are extremely happy with the finished result.

Having just completed major extension works at our house in Hove, East Sussex we are fed up generally with the unreliable building trade. So when Jim stopped by one Sunday by chance as he was driving past he was going to have a hard sell. When he said he’d block pave 120 sqm within 3 days and we’d pay nothing until the job was done to our satisfaction we decided to take the chance. Jim and the team were fantastic, hard-working, polite, conscientious and tidy. Testament to the work ethic and quality of Jim and the team they have now completed 3 driveways in our road within the last 3 weeks! They did a great job

They did a great job and fast. It has been a couple of weeks since we had our driveway extended and new blocks laid. There was a minor cosmetic problem but a call to the office and they were back to sort it. Very tidy with a thorough clean up each day. Some hard workers working across a couple of very warm days. We had obtained several quotes for our new driveway already but Jim came to our property, on a sunday afternoon, was very straight talking, told us what he thought would look nice, gave us a timescale and provided us with a reasonable quote there and then. Due to weather conditions forecast later in the week Jim contacted us and ofered to bring the job forward and by doubling his team they were able to complete the work within one day, albeit an early start and late finish for them. Jim and his team consulted with us throughout the job and were very polite and courteous and extremely hard working. We are very happy with our new drive and it has received lots of positive attention and comments.

Jim and his guys completed our driveway in just over a day and a half. We had a day in between removal of old concrete drive and installation of our beautiful new driveway to allow the edging to set and be ready for blocks to be laid. Having had a really bad job done on our driveway 4 years ago with Resin, it was with all our fingers crossed when we agreed to have the drive and the whole front of the house blocked paved. Jim, Reece and their team transformed our nightmare of a drive in 3 days to one of beauty. Premier Designer Driveways just finished a block paving job for our extended driveway. It had been more weed than pebble recently and we were desperate for a change. We saw and advertising sign for them in the village where we live and decided to give them a call. Jim was quick to respond and to stop by to take a look. He did not go for the hard sale but impressed us with reasonal pricing, obvious knowledge about his trade and professional behaviour. Fast forward 3 days and we have a brand-spanking new block paved driveway that looks absolutely fantastic. I still cannot believe how quick, reliable, professional, thorough and polite every member of his crew was. The work ethic that was show was impresive and the end result is 100 percent what was promised. Plus, there was nothing to pay until the work is done and we are happy.
I cannot recommend them enough. If you look to get any work done, it is worth giving them a call. We are glad we did.

A Quality Job by A Great Team!

We have just had our old cracked concrete and slabs driveway replaced with a beautifully designed block paved driveway by Premier Designer Driveways. Jim is highly professional and organised, with a team of very hard working men. The old driveway (60m squared) was removed and prepared for the blocks in 1 day! The following day was left for edging to go off and the driveway was completed by 3pm on the following day. We are extremely pleased with the finished job and have no reservation in recommending Jim and his team. Since completion we have had very many compliments from people passing the house.
